Thonon-Les-Bains

We were urgently contacted by Golden Palace to create an architectural presentation video of the future Golden Palace casino in Thonon-les-Bains, in collaboration with Atelier d’architecture Rivat.

The goal was clear: win over the city of Thonon by bringing to life a building that was still virtual, making tangible the ambition of a premium gaming complex, well integrated into its local environment.

The timing? Two weeks.

The starting material? A raw 3D model made in Revit, a software hardly compatible with our visual creation tools.

We had to start again from scratch: cleaning the model, retexturing, complete layout, adding a realistic environment inspired by Thonon-les-Bains and its specificities, such as the cedar of Lebanon to be preserved on site, or the perforated pattern in the curtain wall façade inspired by the surrounding mountains.

But a building, however beautiful, does not live without its users. So we added characters, vehicles, animations, and even integrated the arrival of a TGV at the station located just behind the site, emphasizing the accessibility of the future complex.

By transforming a technical model into a lively and inspiring 3D video, we enabled the team to present much more than an architectural project: a true user experience projected into the future.

Our strength? Translating an architectural intention into visual emotion, integrating local issues, and delivering within tight deadlines.

Result: Golden Palace was able to defend a coherent, aesthetic project deeply rooted in its territory. The rendering made a strong impression during the official presentation… and made it possible to win the competition.
